What I do Quite simply, I help businesses grow profitably.
What does grow profitably mean?
Because I am an accountant by training and an economist by education you can be forgiven for thinking that I meant to say that I help businesses grow ‘profitability’, rather ‘profitably’. I didn’t.
While I do help businesses grow their profit, I do more than that. I help them grow their value.
And value depends on what the business owners themselves are looking for.
So what are business owners looking for?
Well you would be surprised at the different ways that business owners look at the value of their business.
Here are two of my very different clients:
Katy is a Kitchen-Table-Tycoon client, she want to grow her business into one that fits better into her life; one that takes less of her time but still delivers a good profit.
Adam is an entrepreneurial client, he wants to turn his $10million revenue business into a $150million revenue company; and give the customers of the fragmented industry he serves a better experience.
Both clients want to grow the worth of their business. The Kitchen-Table- Tycoon’s business is worth more to her if she can spend less time working on it and more time with her family. The entrepreneur’s business is worth more to him and his customers if he can grow quickly and streamline a challenging industry.
So I help you re-design your business to increase it's worth to you.
How I do it
I help small businesses at The Business Bakery www.thebusinessbakery.com.au. The Business Bakery is designed for Kitchen Table Tycoons – women running little businesses – but of course men are welcome too!
I help medium sized businesses at Butterfly Coaching www.butterflycoaching.com.au. Butterfly coaching helps transform businesses which size-wise have current revenues in the region of $2mill to $50million
